At Shuttleandloom, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we\u2019ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.<\/p>\n

Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

30-days Returns, Exchange and Money Back policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 30 days from the date the order is delivered for a refund on the full merchandise value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different size subject to the availability of the size of the product.For Registered Users \u2013 Steps to initiate a return:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Please visit your \u2018My Accounts\u2019 after logging on to our site \u201cwww.shuttleandloom.in\u201d and choose \u2018My Orders\u2019. The order(s) that is \/ are eligible for return will have the \u2018Create Return\u2019 tab beside them.
    2. Your order details will appear. You can now select the \u2018Create a Return\u2019 button to place a request to return the product.
    3. Please do share the reason of your return request in the pop-up that appears.
    4. Once you click on submit, you will receive an automated e-mail sharing the RMA number. Please revert to us on\u00a0support@shuttleandloom.com\u00a0sharing the RMA number.
    5. Based on the returns request, we will arrange for the pick-up through Delhivery courier. \u201cfor our Quality Assurance team to inspect.\u201d
    6. When dispatching the product(s) to our warehouse, please fill out the Returns Request form with the accurate details and attach the same along with your package, to ensure no delays in processing your order request.
    7. On successful quality check of the product(s) received at our end, we will approve your return request.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For a Guest User \u2013 If you would like to cancel or return an order:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please contact Soch\u2019s Customer Service through email support@shuttleandlooms.com or call us at +91 7666763347\u00a0(Mon-Sat, 10am \u2013 6pm). Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with your return or cancel your order promptly.<\/p>\n

    Once the order has been shipped, you will only be able to request for a return.<\/p>\n

    The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return\/ exchanges.<\/li>\n
    2. You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return\/money back within the 30 Days Exchange policy. \u00a0<\/li>\n
    3. Product should be accompanied with the Original\/Copy of Invoice for all returns \/ money back within the 30 Days period.<\/li>\n
    4. In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer\u2019s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.<\/li>\n
    5. In case of \u2018Cash on Delivery\u2019 orders,\u00a0the refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Shuttleandloom within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.<\/li>\n
    6. Shuttleandloom reserves the right to change the exchange\/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.<\/li>\n
    7. In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.<\/li>\n
    8. For the 30 Days Exchange\/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Shuttleandloom will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.<\/li>\n
    9. No exchange\/return\/cancellation request will be allowed after the 30 days from the order date.<\/li>\n
    10. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns\/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n
    11. Alteration facility of merchandise purchased online during Red Dot Sale will not be available in stores either during the Sale of after the Sale.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
